Colen Enterprises is a Michigan based company that is dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of professional, educational medical materials. Through our publications and related educational products, we endorse and propagate innovative medical and health-care research and education within the community. Our student-friendly books, flashcards, and iPhone applications are geared towards medical and research professionals including; medical students, residents, graduate students, nurses, as well as other health-care professionals.
Colen Publishing was founded in 2003 by Chaim B. Colen, M.D.; a neurosurgery resident from Wayne State University. We became incorporated as a Michigan limited liability company in 2007.
Our first book consisted of a handbook of pediatric neurosurgery and subsequently, we expanded to establish comprehensive neurosurgery board review flashcards, neurology board review flashcards, pathology flashcards, biology flashcards, radiology flashcards, anatomy flashcards, USMLE Step 1 flashcards and USMLE Step 2 flashcards and many more.
Our books and flashcards are geared towards the rapid review of hot medical topics in a succint and easy to remember format, and with this mindset, we have proceeded to partner with Medicom Digital to produce medical specialty board review iPhone applications.
Colen Ventures is a medical, educational DVD service offering customized videos to medical professionals wishing to enhance the knowledge base of their patients. These videos promote patient education through a comprehensive relay of pertinent medical information in video format. In addition we offer a iPhone Application which is a high-yield board review questions for most medical specialties.
Colen Innovations’s goal is to command a leading position in discovering and developing novel technologies in the diagnostic realm of medicine. Our focus is on neurological disorders and to provide state-of-the-art detection of diseases to ensure new treatments for specialists and their patients.
